For each project a project manager is assigned. The RODOMACH project manager is responsible for the complete project starting from start of project till after sales at the customer premises. During the completion of the project the project manager is the direct contact for the customer. The project manager will manage his the internal project team and coordinate the several project disciplines and will evaluate progress, risks and costs.
During the project the RODOMACH project manager is in close contact with the project manager of the customer. On regular base construction and progress meetings with the project team are organized.
Project management at RODOMACH means communicating directly with the customer to avoid misunderstandings. Beside of that the attitude of project management is to develop, assemble, test and deliver what is agreed.
